Carson Creek Area

The Carson Creek Area is located off of Highway 259 in Hochatown. This area of Beavers Bend State Park is the northern most area for camping and recreation. The Carson Creek Area sits right on the western shores of beautiful Broken Bow Lake. This park is heavily treed offering plenty of shade and has wonderful lake views.

This is a beautiful area of the Beavers Bend State Park. If you enjoy camping and the outdoors and want to be on Broken Bow Lake, you should take a look at the Carson Creek Area. This area is a short distance north of the Stevens Gap Area or the main area of Beavers Bend State Park which is south of the lake. You are a short drive from kayak and canoe rentals, horseback rides, train rides, and more.

You should always contact the park directly before driving long distances to check camping availability.

Please be aware there are daily parking fees now required throughout Beavers Bend State Park.  These fees start at $10 per vehicle per day.  You can find more information on the parking fees on the TravelOK.com website.
